   The Daily Mail, Britain's second leading newspaper in sales, has mounted a campaign to force Mr Blair to carry out a referendum on the EU constitution.

    Here's what to do:

    1) Copy the text of the letter below onto a new e-mail.
    2) Fill out your name and address at the bottom.
    3) send it to europe@dailymail.co.uk as soon as possible.
    4) Get everyone you know to do the same.

    This will take three minutes to do, but the response is expected to
    be massive.

    If you live abroad, please mention the fact that you are an
    ex-patriot British citizen.
