Dear TB Support
Group, TB Update Group, Cornwall Alpaca and Llama Group etc
Last week I
was asked to send any info I could to a brand new blog that has been set up
about TB in alpacas. It has only been going for about a week so its early days
for the blog.
I also contacted Gina Bromage who presented the TB
Awareness meetings and asked her to give them some comments to help them get
started.
I for one am more than happy to contribute and it is something I
have been contemplating doing myself but a) I don't have the know how and b) I
don't have the time.
What I like about this blog is that it welcomes and
supports not only people wanting to know more about TB but encourages people
like myself and my fellow alpaca owners that are in the Tb Support Group under
restriction to also contribute.
They have put on a Post asking for our
thoughts on the TB situation so here is your chance to express your thoughts and
opinions on TB, you simply click on comments below the post and type your
opinions - you can do it anonymously if you wish but I see no shame in admitting
you take the issue seriously and if you think it isn't a problem then you also
can give your views.
Can I ask if you own blogs or websites you put a
link to this new blog on your sites. The more people that are educated about the
situation the better.
Please pass it onto your Regional Group Welfare
Reps and members of your regional group
